Is it me, of have we skipped Autumn and headed straight into winter?
Got my fat jumpers out. Socks and stockings on, and baked for most
of the day!
Collected a bunch of leaves from the the oven, held the curtain open
and snapped as quickly as I could. May be a little out of focus.
But we have leaf shaped crackers!!!
110g plain folur
50g cold water
Extra flour for dusting
Mix in a large bowl, knead until smooth. Use a rolling pin to stretch and fold, stretch
and fold (like you would pasta). then stretch as thinly as you ca, shape into leaves or rectangles.
Bake for 5 minutes at 220 degs c
Perfect vessels for cheese!! Enjoy xx
